Three Services. One Organization.
We represent the talent, serve as the sponsoring organization, and coordinate every engagement — so exceptional international professionals can focus on their work.
Representation
We take on a select roster of international talent and represent them formally across their U.S. engagements. Representation is the foundation of everything we do — it establishes the relationship between the talent and Global Talent Collective, and it defines the scope of engagements we will coordinate on their behalf.
What representation means
When we represent someone, we evaluate their body of work, agree on a set of U.S. engagements, and take on the organizational responsibilities that come with facilitating those engagements. We are not a staffing agency, a booking platform, or a legal services firm. We are a management organization that formally represents a curated group of international professionals.
Who it is for
Representation is for international talent — artists, musicians, athletes, researchers, founders, and specialists — who have a distinguished body of work and a clear purpose for their U.S. presence. We work with individuals and, in some cases, small groups or teams.
- Formal representation agreement covering agreed U.S. engagements
- Evaluation of the talent's body of work and U.S. engagement itinerary
- Ongoing relationship management throughout the representation period
- Coordination with venues, organizations, and institutions on the talent's behalf
Sponsorship
Global Talent Collective serves as the sponsoring organization for the talent we represent. This is a formal role that carries real responsibilities — we do not act as a pass-through or a nominal sponsor. We take on the obligations that come with sponsorship and remain accountable throughout the engagement period.
What sponsorship means
As the sponsoring organization, we are the entity of record for the talent's U.S. engagements. We maintain the formal relationship with each venue, employer, or institution involved, and we ensure that the terms of each engagement are met. Sponsorship is not a product we sell — it is a responsibility we accept when we agree to represent someone.
Who it is for
Sponsorship is inherent to representation — every talent we represent is sponsored by Global Talent Collective. We do not offer sponsorship as a standalone service to individuals or organizations outside our roster.
- Global Talent Collective serves as the formal sponsoring organization
- We maintain accountability for the terms of each engagement
- Sponsorship covers all engagements within the agreed itinerary
- We work directly with each U.S. organization involved in the talent's schedule
Engagement Coordination
We coordinate the practical details of every engagement on our roster — scheduling, contracting, communication between the talent and the organizations they work with, and the logistics that make a multi-engagement U.S. itinerary function smoothly. This is the day-to-day work of representation.
What coordination means
Coordination means we are the point of contact between the talent and every U.S. organization they engage with. We handle the back-and-forth, manage the schedule, and ensure that each engagement proceeds as agreed. We do not disappear after the representation agreement is signed — we remain actively involved throughout.
Who it is for
Coordination is part of every representation relationship. It is also the service that U.S. venues, teams, companies, and institutions engage with when they work with talent on our roster — we are their point of contact, not the talent directly.
- Scheduling and itinerary management across all U.S. engagements
- Contracting and agreement review between talent and U.S. organizations
- Ongoing communication between the talent and each engagement partner
- Issue resolution and schedule adjustments throughout the engagement period
Engage talent from our roster.
If you represent a U.S. venue, team, company, research institution, or other organization and you are interested in engaging talent from our roster, we are your point of contact. We handle the coordination — you work with us, and we work with the talent.
