We were founded on a straightforward idea: that the most accomplished international talent deserves a dedicated organization — one that represents them seriously, sponsors their U.S. engagements formally, and coordinates the details so they can focus on their work.
Why We Exist
We represent a select roster. We do not take on everyone who applies — and that is by design.
Global Talent Collective exists to bridge the gap between exceptional international talent and the U.S. organizations, venues, and institutions that want to engage them. We are not a staffing agency, a legal services firm, or a booking platform. We are a management organization — one that takes on a small, curated roster and represents each person or group with the seriousness their work deserves.
Our work spans three fields: the arts and entertainment, athletics, and business, science, and technology. In each field, we look for the same thing — a distinguished body of work, a clear purpose for U.S. engagement, and a professional relationship that we can build over time.
How We Work
Selective by design
We keep our roster small. Every talent we represent receives genuine attention — not a form letter and a file number. We evaluate each candidate carefully before extending representation, and we remain actively involved throughout the engagement period.
Formal and accountable
We serve as the sponsoring organization for every talent we represent. That is a formal role with real responsibilities, and we take it seriously. We do not act as a pass-through or a nominal sponsor.
Focused on the work
We handle the coordination so the talent can focus on what they do best. Scheduling, contracting, communication with U.S. organizations — we manage the details so our clients do not have to.
Long-term relationships
We are interested in ongoing representation, not one-off transactions. We build relationships with the talent we represent and with the U.S. organizations they work with — and we look for engagements that make sense over time.
The Team
Global Talent Collective is led by a small team with backgrounds spanning talent management, international arts administration, and professional sports. We are a working organization — not a platform or a marketplace — and our team is directly involved in every representation relationship we take on.
